Joyce and Chase came highly recommended by someone in the business that had knowledge of who was the best of agents in the Memphis area. Joyce has helped me through three real estate transactions. The first was selling my home and the buyers had an agent that had no clue about what he was doing. He constantly made mistakes that made me glad I had an agent with experience. Joyce was on top of everything and made the buyers agent go back and fix the mistakes he was making in the contracts. Joyce was even nice enough to help me with an out of state real estate transaction. Can not imagine anyone in the business that could have done a better job than Joyce and Chase.
