Joyce snd Chase Chasteen are the best team in real estate. They are friendly, helpful, always looking for exactly what you want, and make you feel like family. We have been with them to buy two homes now and if we ever move again, they will be the first people we will call.

Joyce sold me my first house more than 10 years ago so when it came time to move again, she and Chase were there to help us find our new house as well as sell our current one. Both houses came with some unexpected challenges but with two agents working hard for us, we always felt like our needs were met and communication was open. They were a pleasure to work with. And while we are not planning to ever move again, we'd use them again if the situation arose!
