Joyce and Chase are two of the best! Being a buyer in this sellers market was tough, but Joyce and Chase never stopped working for us! Even when we as buyers started to give up, THEY DID NOT ! They helped us through every stage of the process with info, helping to schedule task, and even videoing the property while we were still living out of state. I know that this transaction would not have been a success with out this team!

Grew up with Chase Chasteen and even lived with him for about 6 months, so my review may seem a little bias. Holy Crap I didn't realize how knowledgable he was in real estate and we'd talk about it all the time. He was always ahead of the game and was quick to jump on any requests we had. He made calls and stayed on top of the town. The guy worked his dump truck off and we couldn't be more thankful for the effort and time he put in for us. We are first time home buyers and he made himself available whenever he could. Anyone in Tennessee and Mississippi should give the Chasteen team a call. We will be using them to sell our house when the time comes and to buy our next house.
